As part of our service, we collect:


**Identification data**: name, email address, phone number

**Professional data**: business name, registration number, business address, industry

**Billing data**: client information, invoiced amounts, payment history

**Technical data**: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration

**Payment data**: processed exclusively by Polar and Stripe (we do not store your banking data)

  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

  • Legal obligations : invoice retention (10 years)

  • Account data : retained while your account is active, then erased within 30 days of deletion
  • Billing data : 10 years (legal requirement)
  • Technical data : 13 months maximum
  • Cookies : 13 months maximum

    Robi AI relies on the following providers, each for a specific purpose:


  • Google Gemini : AI processing of your requests
  • Google Cloud / Firebase : authentication, database, server functions (Belgium, europe-west1)
  • Supabase : secondary database, conversation history and payment reminders
  • Pinecone : search index across your documents
  • Vercel : application hosting (Paris, cdg1 region)
  • Polar : Robi subscription payments
  • Stripe : payments from your own clients
  • Hostinger : email delivery
  • Meta Platforms : WhatsApp agent — phone number and content of messages exchanged with Robi
  • PostHog : analytics, hosted in the European Union
  • Upstash : rate limiting of AI requests
  • Google Analytics : audience measurement on robi-app.com, only after your consent
  • Brevo : delivery and tracking of our commercial emails (B2B prospecting, unsubscribe at any time)

    • These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. Some processing involves transfers outside the European Union, notably AI processing and the search index; such transfers are made to providers offering appropriate safeguards under Articles 44 to 49 of the GDPR.
