Terms of Use — Mobile App

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Robi AI mobile apps for iOS and Android, published by Late Night Studio (a company being incorporated). Contact: support@robi-app.com.

The apps are being published on the App Store and Google Play; these Terms apply as soon as they are available. The web app Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale also apply.

The apps can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android). Using them requires a Robi AI account.

The free version lets you create 4 invoices or quotes a month. Beyond that, a paid plan is needed (see the Terms of Sale); when purchased in the app, the payment terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply.

You create an account with an email address and a password, or with Google or Apple. The same account works on the web and on all your devices.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and of access to your device.

The mobile apps give access to the Robi AI features described in the web app Terms of Use, notably:

The app may ask for access to the microphone, only when you start a dictation. Speech recognition is performed by your phone's system (Apple or Google); Robi AI receives the transcribed text, not the recording.

Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and hosted in the European Union, with safeguarded transfers outside the EU for some processing (artificial intelligence): see the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw a permission at any time in your device settings.

The apps, their source code, design, icons and trademarks are the exclusive property of Late Night Studio (a company being incorporated). Any reproduction, modification or redistribution is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Documents created by the user belong entirely to the user.

To the extent permitted by law, Robi AI cannot be held liable for:

Robi AI strives to fix issues as quickly as possible through updates.

Uninstalling the app deletes neither the account nor the data.

To permanently delete your account: from the app settings, or by writing to support@robi-app.com; data is erased within 30 days, except where the law requires it to be kept.

Updates fix issues, improve performance or add features; installing them is recommended.

Robi AI may change these Terms; in case of a significant change, users are informed by email or in the app.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, first write to support@robi-app.com. Failing agreement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction for disputes between businesses; a consumer may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
