These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Robi AI service, an AI-powered invoicing platform published by Robi AI Technologies SAS.

Access to the service requires creating an account. By creating an account, you guarantee that the information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

Robi AI reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these ToS.

The user agrees to:

Robi AI provides an invoicing assistance tool. The user remains solely responsible for the content of their invoices and their legal compliance.

Robi AI shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits related to the use of the service.

The user may terminate their subscription at any time from their dashboard. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After termination, data remains accessible in read-only mode for 12 months, then is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before referring to the competent courts of Paris.
