Terms of Use — Web App

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Robi AI web app, available at go.robi-app.com and published by Late Night Studio (a company being incorporated). Contact: support@robi-app.com.

The purchase of paid plans is governed by the Terms of Sale.

The app works in any recent browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), with nothing to install. Using it requires an account.

The free version lets you create 4 invoices or quotes a month, with no card. Beyond that, a paid plan is needed (see the Terms of Sale).

You create an account with an email address and a password, or with Google sign-in. The email address must be confirmed before you send your first document.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; any access with your credentials is deemed to be made by you. If in doubt, write to support@robi-app.com right away.

Robi AI notably offers:

The assistant relies on artificial intelligence: its suggestions must be reviewed before sending. Features may change; an essential feature of an ongoing paid plan will not be removed without prior notice.

In case of serious breach, Robi AI may suspend the account after informing the user, except in an emergency (fraud, security).

Robi AI processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The details (data collected, purposes, providers, retention periods, rights) are in the Privacy Policy.

Documents (invoices, quotes) created by the user belong entirely to the user; Robi AI claims no rights over this content.

The service, its source code, design, trademarks and logos remain the exclusive property of Late Night Studio (a company being incorporated). Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Robi AI strives to keep the service available and secure, without being able to guarantee it will never be interrupted; major maintenance is announced when possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Robi AI cannot be held liable for:

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings; your data is then erased within 30 days, except where the law requires it to be kept. Export your invoices first: keeping them remains an obligation of the issuing business.

Robi AI may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or non-payment, under the conditions set out above.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, first write to support@robi-app.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction for disputes between businesses; a consumer may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence and use the mediation provided for in the Terms of Sale.

Robi AI may change these Terms; in case of a significant change, users are informed by email or in the app.
