1Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Robi AI Technologies SAS and any user subscribing to a paid plan on the Robi AI invoicing platform.

2Plans and pricing

Robi AI offers the following plans:


  • Free version : 2 free invoices or quotes, no commitment and no credit card required
  • Pro Weekly : €4.99/week, unlimited access to all features
  • Pro Annual : €89/year (i.e. €7.42/month, 2 months free), unlimited access to all features
  • Launch offer : €59 lifetime access, reserved for the first 1,000 users

    • All prices are shown in euros including tax. Robi AI reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice.

    3Payment terms

    Payments are processed securely by **Stripe**. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).


    For recurring subscriptions (Pro Weekly and Pro Annual), payment is automatic at each billing cycle. Users can update their payment information at any time from their dashboard.

    4Right of withdrawal

    In accordance with French consumer law (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), you have a **14-day period** from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties.

    Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

    5Duration and termination

    Robi AI subscriptions are **commitment-free**. Users can cancel their subscription at any time with **one click** from their dashboard.


  • Pro Weekly : cancellation takes effect at the end of the current week
  • Pro Annual : cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period
  • Lifetime offer : permanent access, no cancellation needed

    • After cancellation, data remains accessible in read-only mode for 12 months.

    6Intellectual property

    Documents (invoices, quotes, certificates) created by the user through Robi AI **belong entirely to the user**. Robi AI claims no ownership rights over content generated by its users.


    However, the Robi AI platform, its source code, design, trademarks and logos remain the exclusive property of Robi AI Technologies SAS.

    7Limitation of liability

    Robi AI is an **invoicing assistance tool**. The user remains solely responsible for the content of their invoices, their legal and tax compliance, and their transmission to clients.


    Robi AI shall not be held liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in documents generated by the user
  • Tax or legal consequences related to the use of the service
  • Indirect damages, data loss or lost profits

    • 8Data protection

    Robi AI is **GDPR compliant** (General Data Protection Regulation). Your data is:

  • Hosted in France : on secure servers
  • Encrypted : in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Never sold : or shared with third parties for commercial purposes

    9Applicable law

    These Terms of Sale are governed by **French law**. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the **courts of Paris** shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
