Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of paid plans of the Robi AI invoicing service (robi-app.com and go.robi-app.com), published by Late Night Studio, a company being incorporated (contact: support@robi-app.com).

They apply to all users, business or consumer. Provisions specific to consumers (withdrawal, legal guarantee of conformity, mediation) only apply to people acting outside their professional activity.

Any purchase implies acceptance of these Terms, in the version in force on the day of purchase.

Robi AI offers the following plans:

Lifetime access

It gives access to the Pro plan features, with no subscription or recurring payment, for as long as the Robi AI service is operated. It is offered during the launch period, within the limit of the spots and until the date shown in real time on the site (current deadline: October 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm, Paris time). The price paid is final for the buyer.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros for the eurozone; prices applicable to your country are shown on the Pricing page. Any VAT due depending on your country and status is calculated and displayed before payment. Robi AI may change its prices: a change never applies to a period already paid, and an ongoing subscription is only affected at renewal, with at least 30 days' prior notice.

Purchases are processed by Polar (polar.sh), acting as Merchant of Record: Polar is the seller of the payment transaction, issues the purchase invoice and collects the applicable VAT. Payment is made by card on Polar's secure checkout page; Robi AI never has access to your card details.

Subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Annual, 2 years) are paid in advance and renewed automatically at each term until cancelled. Lifetime access is a one-time payment, with no renewal.

Paid features are activated as soon as payment is confirmed.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason or paying a penalty (articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Robi AI applies this period to all its plans, lifetime access included, even if you have started using the service.

To withdraw, write to support@robi-app.com with the email address of your account. You will be refunded within 14 days of your request, by the same payment method, through Polar.

Subscriptions have no commitment beyond the period already paid.

After cancellation, your invoices and quotes remain accessible in your account: only creating beyond the free limit is restricted. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app settings, subject to the legal retention periods for invoices.

Documents (invoices, quotes, certificates) created by the user with Robi AI belong entirely to the user. Robi AI claims no rights over this content.

The Robi AI service, its source code, design, trademarks and logos remain the exclusive property of Late Night Studio (a company being incorporated). Purchasing a plan grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

Robi AI is an invoicing assistance tool. The user remains responsible for the information they enter or dictate, the content of their documents and sending them to their clients; they should review each document before issuing it.

Robi AI cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in the information provided by the user, nor for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers or data), to the extent permitted by law.

Legal guarantee of conformity (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L.224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): in case of non-conformity, you can have the service brought into conformity, or failing that obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract. In case of dispute, first write to support@robi-app.com to seek an amicable solution.

Mediation (consumers)

If you are a consumer and your written complaint has not been resolved, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge (article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code). The contact details of the designated mediator will be published on this page.

Failing agreement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction for disputes between businesses; a consumer may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
