VAT-exempt care: the statement to include

In France, physiotherapists are a regulated paramedical profession: their care falls under the article 261-4-1° CGI VAT exemption. The exemption covers care: the invoice then reads « Exonération de TVA, article 261-4-1° du CGI », not the small-business exemption statement. Anything that isn't care (training, corporate workshops, product sales) follows standard VAT or your small-business exemption.

Not for reimbursed sessions: in France they go through health-insurance teletransmission and your practice software. For everything else (clubs, companies, non-reimbursed sessions, training), a tool like Robi is enough and faster.
Training isn't care, so it doesn't benefit from the article 261-4-1° exemption. It follows standard VAT or your small-business exemption, unless a specific vocational-training regime applies to you: check with your accountant.
